DC CORE

Manage private systems without publishing more of them.

An IT team may need better tools, more operational capacity, or both. Choose Central for device monitoring and remote management, then add DC Core services for the systems you want us to operate.

Add visibility or add an operator.

Keep operations with your team

Use Central to group devices, investigate telemetry and open supported management tools. Your team or existing provider remains responsible for changes and response.

Delegate agreed systems

Managed infrastructure can add monitoring, investigation and maintenance for named servers and workloads, with coverage and escalation set out in the agreement.

For a mixed estate of office devices and hosted servers, you might use Central across the estate while asking DC Core to operate only the production server group. The service boundary should identify that group explicitly.
