DC CORE
Everyday IT support with infrastructure depth behind it.
Give your staff one route for help with accounts, supported PCs, Microsoft 365 and workplace systems. DC Core provides remote troubleshooting and agreed administration, with supplier escalation when an issue needs another provider.
Support for the systems your team uses.
| Service | What we can cover |
|---|---|
| Everyday IT help | Remote diagnosis, incident triage and troubleshooting for supported devices, email, collaboration and agreed applications. |
| Accounts and access | Approved joiner, mover and leaver tasks, groups, mailbox changes and resets. |
| Microsoft 365 | Agreed tenant administration and troubleshooting; your licensing and business policy remain separate. |
| Device maintenance | Inventory, monitoring, updates and security configuration for supported laptops and desktops. |
| Supplier coordination | Technical escalation to named connectivity, hardware, cloud or application providers where authorised. |
For example, if a staff member cannot access email, we can check the account and device, resolve an in-scope configuration issue and coordinate with the relevant supplier if the fault lies elsewhere. Your team knows where to start instead of having to diagnose the cause first.
Servers and hosted workloads can be covered through managed infrastructure alongside user support.
Agree the support boundary once.
We record the users, devices and services included in your agreement. Named customer approvers authorise sensitive changes, such as access to a mailbox or a privileged account. Multi-factor authentication, appropriate permissions and device security settings form part of the agreed administration baseline.
You retain decisions about employment status, access rights, data, software licensing and procurement. Physical damage, warranties, supplier contracts and systems outside the supported inventory remain with their owners. Backup retention and recovery need an explicit scope; they are not automatically part of everyday troubleshooting.
UK business-hours support.
Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 UK time, excluding UK public holidays. The standard service is remote-first. Scheduled site work, hardware handling and critical incident cover outside these hours are agreed separately.
Requests are triaged through the agreed support route. The service agreement defines priorities, escalation and any specific response commitments. Installing Central alone does not create a managed IT support agreement.
A practical handover.
- Map: share your user count, devices, workplace systems and existing suppliers.
- Agree: confirm the supported inventory, approval contacts, request route and maintenance expectations.
- Connect: set up approved access and check that your team can request help.
We review recurring issues and urgent gaps during onboarding, then recommend improvements based on the problems your staff encounter. Service pricing is quoted for the agreed users, devices and coverage. Central plans and chargeable resources are identified separately where applicable.
Tell us who needs help.
A rough user count, your main systems and the problems taking up your time are enough to begin. We’ll identify what can be supported remotely and what needs a separate arrangement.
