DC CORE
Managed infrastructure with fewer blind spots.
Put agreed server and infrastructure operations in DC Core’s hands. We use Central to monitor systems, investigate issues and carry out authorised maintenance across hosted workloads and existing environments.
From a health signal to an owned action.
| Service | What we can cover |
|---|---|
| Monitoring | Device health, availability, resource usage, service checks and agent connectivity where data is available. |
| Investigation | Relevant logs and telemetry to investigate degraded performance, faults and unusual behaviour. |
| Operational access | Approved remote diagnostics and actions through Central, subject to device and user permissions. |
| Maintenance | Hardening, configuration review and managed operating-system or platform updates through agreed change windows. |
| Capacity and continuity | Use performance history and operational findings to inform capacity and recovery decisions. |
For example, a resource warning on a managed server can lead to an engineer checking performance history, investigating the affected service and taking an approved action. Monitoring coverage, alert routing and the response expected from DC Core are agreed together.
Know which systems we operate.
The service schedule names the infrastructure DC Core manages and what we can change. This can include customer-owned or third-party-hosted systems where suitable access and authority are available. Physical facilities, hypervisors and provider networks remain with their operator unless explicitly included.
Customer application code, plugins, integrations, business-process alerts and out-of-scope systems remain with your team or supplier. You approve access, identify business priorities and notify us of changes that affect the managed environment.
Critical known-exploited security issues are prioritised according to risk and impact. Routine changes follow the agreed maintenance process; service-specific schedules are established during onboarding.
Support matched to the workload.
Standard support: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 UK time, excluding UK public holidays. Critical incident handling outside those hours is available where included in your managed support arrangement.
We define escalation contacts, maintenance windows and any response commitments before handover. Central software licensing provides the management tools; human investigation and operations are a separately scoped service.
Start with one environment.
- Inventory: identify systems, owners, dependencies and the current monitoring or access gaps.
- Baseline: review health, exposure and patch position within the proposed scope.
- Validate: connect approved agents, test the operational access and confirm alert routing.
- Operate: maintain the agreed systems and review recurring issues.
Managed infrastructure is quoted for the estate and coverage required. Add hosting, backup and recovery or staff IT support where needed; each service’s responsibilities remain explicit.
Put your infrastructure under management.
Share a system list or describe a recurring operational problem. We’ll map the likely scope and the first environment to bring under management.
